🎯 Opportunity Board
The Opportunity Board provides a visual kanban-style interface to manage your sales pipeline.
Features
- Four Status Columns: New Leads, Qualified, Proposal Sent, and Won
- Drag & Drop: Move opportunities between stages by dragging cards
- Quick Add: Create new opportunities with the "+ New Opportunity" button
- Card Details: Each card shows company name, contact, deal value, and notes
- High-Value Highlighting: Deals worth $60,000+ are highlighted in red
How to Use
Click the "+ New Opportunity" button in the top-right corner. Fill in the company name, contact person, deal value, and any relevant notes.
Click and drag any opportunity card to move it between columns. This updates its status automatically.
Hover over any card and click the "×" button in the top-right corner to remove it.
Use the "+ Add card" button at the bottom of any column to create an opportunity in that specific stage.
⚡ Workflow Automation
Automate your sales process with custom workflows that trigger actions based on conditions.

- Triggers: Schedule-based triggers to run workflows automatically
- Actions: Search records, filter data, and perform automated tasks
- Filter Rules: Build complex conditions with And/Or logic

How to Use
Navigate to "Workflow Automation" in the sidebar. You'll see a table listing all your workflows with their status, last update, and versions.
Click "+ New record" to create a workflow. You'll enter the workflow editor with a blank canvas.
Click on the "Filter" action block in the canvas to open the filter drawer. Add conditions by clicking "+ Add filter rule". Each rule consists of:
- Where: Select the field to filter on (Company, Deal Value, Status, etc.)
- Is: Choose the operator (Equals, Greater than, Contains, etc.)
- Value: Enter the value to compare against
- Logic: Connect rules with "And" or "Or" logic
Remove unwanted rules by clicking the red "×" button next to the And/Or selector. You must keep at least one rule.
Click "Activate" in the top-right to enable the workflow. You can also "Discard Draft" to cancel changes.
Workflow Status
- Draft: Workflow is being edited and not yet active
- Active: Workflow is running and will execute based on its trigger
📊 Analytics Dashboard
Get insights into your sales performance with real-time analytics.
Metrics
- Total Opportunities: Count of all opportunities across all stages
- Total Value: Sum of all deal values in your pipeline
- Average Deal Size: Average value per opportunity
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of opportunities that reached "Won" status
How to Use
Navigate to "Analytics" in the sidebar to view your dashboard. All metrics update automatically as you add, modify, or close opportunities.

Keep your board organized by regularly updating opportunity statuses. Move stale leads to appropriate stages or remove them to maintain clarity.
⚡ Using Workflows Effectively
Start with simple workflows and gradually add complexity. Test your filter rules to ensure they capture the right opportunities.
💰 High-Value Deals
Pay special attention to opportunities worth $60,000 or more (highlighted in red). These require extra care and follow-up.
📈 Monitor Your Metrics
Check your Analytics dashboard regularly to track conversion rates and identify trends in your sales pipeline.
🔄 Workflow Versions
Each workflow can have multiple versions. This allows you to iterate and improve your automation without losing previous configurations.
